Ginger Cake Crush


Here's a great cake recipe using De Vries Ginger Biscuits!

All you'll need is a pack of De Vries Biscuits, 150g milk chocolate, 150g dark chocolate, 100g butter, 150g golden syrup, 100g dried apricots, 75g raisins, 60g pecans. Method:

1. Bash the biscuits up.

2. Melt chocolate, butter and syrup together.

3. Stir in crushed biscuits to heated mix.

4. Mix all into tin. Press down with potato masher.

5. Leave to cool and put in the fridge
