Risi Marie Fudge


Try this Risi Marie Biscuit Fudge Recipe!

Ingredients: 2 packets Risi Marie biscuits 250g butter 2 eggs 500g icing sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.

Method: Crush the biscuits in small little pieces. Melt the butter slowly, when cooled slightly, add 2 beaten eggs and mix well. Add the icing sugar, cocoa and vanilla essence and mix well. Place mixture on baking tray or bowl, spread evenly, cool in fridge for 2 hours. Cut it in desired sized squares. Keep them in cool place or refrigerate.
